Human Resources
Our work culture and the qualities we look for in technical sales and warehouse-logistics teams.
What Kind of Team Are We?
Winding-conductor supply is a job that requires knowing the product. Our customer is often not a purchasing specialist but an engineer doing the winding calculation; they want to find someone across the table who knows how the product behaves. Technical curiosity therefore comes before sales skill in our team. Our new colleagues spend their first weeks learning the product groups, the logic of sizing and the insulation types.
Our Work Culture
- Open communication: if a deadline will slip, it is said early. Reporting a problem late is more costly than the problem itself.
- Record discipline: a verbal agreement is not enough; quote, order and technical acceptance criteria are put in writing.
- Room to learn: internal training is held on standards, test methods and new insulation technologies.
- Safety first: rules are not bent in heavy reel handling and forklift operations.
Qualities We Look For
Technical / Inside Sales
- Technical education in electrical, electrical-electronics or mechanical fields (associate/bachelor)
- Basic knowledge of, or willingness to learn, transformer, motor or generator production
- Aptitude for quote preparation, order tracking and ERP use
- Written and spoken English (at the level of reading technical documents)
Warehouse and Logistics
- Forklift operator licence (preferred)
- Attention in matching labels and batch numbers
- Manual skill in cut-to-length and packaging work
Quality and Technical Office
- Experience working with measuring instruments (micrometer, caliper)
- Ability to read and apply IEC/EN standard texts
- Reporting and documentation discipline
Training and Development
A structured onboarding programme is applied for every new colleague. In the first stage the product groups are introduced: the difference between round and flat section, enamel build grades, paper and aramid insulation types, the meaning of thermal classes. In the second stage the processes are taught: quote preparation, order opening, goods receipt, cut-to-length and shipment. In the third stage, practice in working with standard texts is gained.
For experienced staff, regular internal sharing meetings are held; technical questions from the field, resolved non-conformities and new product groups are discussed here. Our aim is not to gather knowledge in a single person but to spread it within the team.
Internships and Graduates
We offer periodic internships to students in electrical, electrical-electronics and mechanical programmes. The internship is not spent on photocopying but on working on a real topic: for example preparing a technical comparison table of a product group or improving the warehouse labelling process. In new-graduate applications, it is not experience but learning speed and technical interest that are decisive.
Application Process
Applications are first evaluated by human resources; suitable candidates are invited to a technical interview with the relevant unit manager. In technical sales positions the interview proceeds as working through a real customer request together. At the end of the process, feedback is given to every candidate, positive or negative.
You can send your CV to the e-mail address on our contact page for open positions. Even when there is no advertised open position, applications are recorded for evaluation. The personal data you share as part of your application is processed according to the principles explained in the Personal Data Notice (KVKK).
