    Product Description

    Round-section polyimide film insulated conductor is used in high-temperature applications with tight transitions and complex winding geometries. The symmetric section makes it easier for the film wrap to stay at even thickness around the wire.

    The film is fixed to the conductor by its heat-activated adhesive layer; a compact sheath forms after post-winding baking. This structure provides higher abrasion resistance and much higher short-term temperature tolerance compared with enamel coating.

    Produced with material complying with the film requirements under IEC 60674; breakdown voltage, continuity and flexibility tests are applied by IEC 60851 methods. Dimensional tolerances can be tightened to the customer's winding calculation.
