    Product Description

Round-section crepe paper insulated conductor is used in the small-section windings and connection conductors of oil-type transformers. The stretch ability of crepe paper allows a tight wrap that leaves no gap around the wire.

Because the round section creates no corner stress in tight-radius bends, it stresses the insulation less. It is therefore preferred in connections with complex geometry and in conductors routed in tight spaces.

The paper complies with IEC 60554 requirements; the conductor is produced from EN 13602 referenced drawn copper wire. The number of layers is set to the winding's voltage level and delivered in moisture-proof packaging.

    Applications

Oil-type transformer connection conductors, small-section windings, current transformer windings, tap connections.
