Product Description
Round enamelled copper conductor is the most widely used product in the winding industry. Thanks to its symmetric section it needs no orientation on high-speed automatic winding machines, suffers no section narrowing in tight-radius transitions and keeps the winding geometry repeatable.
Polyesterimide-based enamel shows long-term thermal stability at the Class 180 (H) continuous operating temperature. The coating is applied and cured not in one pass but in many thin layers; this method prevents pore formation and keeps the breakdown voltage homogeneous along the wire.
Verified to the general requirements of IEC 60317-0-1 and IEC 60851 test methods. Compatibility with impregnating varnish, narrow-mandrel flexibility and friction resistance are checked on every batch. Supplied with Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 build options.
